can’t believe it’s you.

Sebastian stood outside the stage doors, getting there as soon as the curtain closed. He’d never think, in a million years, to see a Broadway show and not know Blaine Anderson was in it. It flabbergasted him beyond words how he didn’t know that. Sure, they fell out of touch after time, but that wasn’t an excuse. He stood there, playbill in hand as he watched the door. He smiled a bit at the people around him, focusing most of his attention on the doors as he waited.

Blaine was a ball of energy as he bounced towards the stage door.  He never stuck around. People were waiting.  On him.  The thought of that was still mind boggling.  The side door burst open.  Flushed cheeks and sparkling eyes met the crowd as he darted over.  More than once his laugh could be heard above the chatter. This was his life and he could barely believe it.  What he believed even less was when he blindly reached for the next playbill, “Hi.  Thank you so much for coming.  I hope you en–,” was when he was able to pull his attention from a girl beside Sebastian and look up.  His words stopped.  His jaw dropped.  Blaine blurted out a name he hadn’t said outloud in forever. “Sebastian..  Oh my god.  Hey!”  Slender arms wasted no time fitting around the taller man’s shoulders and pulling him in.  Tight.
