sebastian.
Visiting Lima was ALWAYS interesting for the couple because the way their… special dynamic changed during their visit was a little drastic. A drop off of not being able to go into his full dom space with his lover. It always made Sebastian build up with a LACK of power exchange over him and Blaine. Not that he couldn’t handle not partaking in the full experience of their BDSM, relationship for a few days, but he craved for Blaine to listen. EAGER to just take the control he so badly needed in his life. But when they visited Lima, Blaine always pushed away from fully partaking in it. He knew his significant other was still so scared of the things he took pleasure in at times. Having to be vanilla for the sake of Lima SUCKED.
But now they were in their hotel room after a day of helping with New Direction’s AND Warbler stuff. Sebastian knew damn well that some of his sub’s gear was waiting right in that bag in the corner of the room. So?? He takes one more look at Blaine who is reading a book under the beside table light before getting out of bed and fishing out the leather collar that is ALL so familiar in their relationship. Holding it up, a grin appears across his face as he stares at Blaine with mischief in his eyes from where he’s standing.
❝ Look what I found. ❞
It can be easily said Blaine occasionally doesn’t realize he’s doing what he’s doing until it’s already happened. There are certain times when he’s pushing or pulling someone or himself without noticing because he feels it’s something that has to be or should be done. For instance? These trips to Lima. Sebastian is always the first to point out how much more vanilla Blaine gets the second the soles of their shoes hit Ohio dirt. Blaine’s heard the observation several times and promises that he’s fine and comfortable regardless of where they are. Why worry when they’re behind closed doors–right?
Yet? Every. single. time. He’s a night or two into the trip and already curled up under the heavy comforter and too starched sheets of their hotel bed with a book in hand waiting for Sebastian to snuggle close so reading can turn into something else–just–a quieter version of something else. Sebastian never goes for that something else. Feeling the bed give as Sebastian crawls out–Blaine peeks through fallen curls and his gaze follows his fiance. His book falls into his lap two when he sees what’s dangling from Sebastian’s elegant fingers. His body shivers inside–yes that’s a thing–and his breath hitches. “Somehow I don’t think that was ever lost–to qualify for being found..” Oh god.. He brought it–and Blaine swallows thick. “Sebastian.”
