Adam in Warblerland || Adam/Blaine

adam.

Adam followed close behind Blaine down the spiral staircase as he looked around at what would soon be his school for the year. He was excited but worried at the same time hoping the others would like him as well and was just as easy to get along with.

“Whoa, Blaine where’s the fire,love?” He chuckled almost jogging to keep up. the youngers enthusiasm was infectious and looked at whatever he was pointing at and explained stuff to him. He smiled or waved a people who looked at him. He was suddenly confused as he heard music and they were surrounded by Dalton’s glee club. “Oh my gosh, B what is this?” He laughed stepped closer. “Uh, are we about to be attacked by this musical mafia?” He whispered to his host holding his arm.

They arrived at the school close to an hour before class was scheduled to begin.  The cafe’ was their first pitstop for coffee. Blaine made it obvious he didn’t need the caffeine two minutes later when he began darting from hallway to hallway to point out the orchestra room, where Adam’s classes would be, the observatory and library with it’s wood polish, old books smell Blaine loved and floor to ceiling bookshelves stuffed to the brim.  And–of course–there was Warblers practice for the start of Blaine’s (and, in turn, Adam’s) day.  The growing buzzing way the shorter of the pair began to talk about what he loved most about the school–and all the hand motions that went with it–finally reached it’s fever pitch as they walked towards the Warbler choir room. Blaine grinned up to Adam when music filled the air mixed with laughter. “This, Adam,” his hand covered Adam’s leading him backwards into the room. The boys inside lit up at their entrance–all eyes on them.  “Is where the WARBLERS practice.  I wanted to surprise you and save the best for last.  Might as well get comfortable.  We’re going to be here for a while.  And I dare you to not join in before we’re done.”
