EVER HAD A POEM OR SONG WRITTEN ABOUT YOU?
I have!  A poem for Valentine’s Day.  Awuh.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU PLAYED AIR GUITAR?
I haven’t played air guitar since I can remember.  Does air drummer count?  Last time I was driving against my steering wheel then.  I think it was to The Cure.  ROFL.

WHO IS YOUR CELEBRITY CRUSH?
Chris Colfer, Melissa McBride and Darren Criss (Like pringles, I can’t have just one.)

WHAT’S A SOUND YOU HATE; SOUND YOU LOVE?

  • HATE: When people don’t close their mouth and chew.  It nauseates me to the point of having to leave the room.  I, seriously, can’t take that noise.  It’s freaking awful.
  • LOVE: Thunderstorms.  The big big booming, rattling the house kind.

DO YOU BELIEVE IN GHOSTS? I’ve had my experiences with hauntings.  Let’s leave it at that.

HOW ABOUT ALIENS? Definitely.  I can’t embrace the thought that we are the only planet that can host life with all of the other galaxies out there doing their thing.

DO YOU DRIVE? I do.  I prefer to be the one driving.

IF SO, HAVE YOU EVER CRASHED? Yes.  Multiple times.  Was cut out of a car by emergency personnel once.

DO YOU LIKE THE SMELL OF GASOLINE? As long as it’s not super strong.

WHAT’S THE WORST INJURY YOU’VE EVER HAD?
(oops! i had someone else’s on here!)  Oh boy.  Injury?  Probably when I broke my tibia and fibula on my right leg.  A++ me!

DO YOU HAVE ANY OBSESSIONS RIGHT NOW? (i seriously jacked this up a couple times.)  Just music.  As usual.  Nothing I’m overly obsessed about right now.  My dog.  Okay.  My dog.

DO YOU TEND TO HOLD GRUDGES AGAINST PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE YOU WRONG?
Depends on what someone did?  Sometimes it’s easy to forgive.  Other times?  You got to learn your lesson fast or you are setting yourself up for hurt.

IN A RELATIONSHIP?  Yep!  Taken!

ghosts or monsters?

Totally going to nerd out here.  No freaking shame!  I’ve been researching and investigating the paranormal since I was sixteen.  Even before that if I can count all the reading I did from the time I was a kid.  I’ve always been drawn to ghosts and learning about them.  Not only from a supernatural stance but an historical one.  I’ve been to places ranging from more well known sites that have been on my dream list to homes, businesses, etc.  So 100000% ghosts!

what color do you associate with your muse?

Always navy blue.  Could be the blazer starting the whole kick I have for navy and Blaine but it’s my go-to color.  Rich colors with splashes of bright in them are my favorites for Blaine.  Though he’s been known to use some questionable colors in his fashion choices from time to time.  Can’t be dapper 24/7, I guess.  Bless him.  Okay, jk, he’s still dapper just dapper in where the hell did you even find that many colors of plaid together, Blaine?

For movie or TV muses, what is a scene with your muse that you hate? Why? Can you show a screenshot?

I freaking hate this scene right here.  That’s the biggest one!  Yep.  I deal with it but I don’t like it.  Zero much.  I feel like I understand the spiral that lead him to that point. Keeping his flaws is important to me.  But damn I just really didn’t like it.  They could have broken up for different reasons.  Him feeling abandoned, fights about distance and all that jazz.  Just..grrr.  Bitter J!

What is your ideal AU for your muse?

So many!!  The first one that comes to mind??  I love my piano man verse.  It’s got everything I want to write with him for a long time in it. He’s on his own, kinda lost faith in himself and detached from most of his friends.  He’s not completely unhappy.  He has a boss he loves and a place to work that treats him well.  But he knows he shrugged off a lot of where he could have been because he gave up.  Doesn’t like that cause it goes against everything he’s ever told others who thought of doing the same.  But finds comfort in the routine he’s in.  There’s so many aspects of whys, hows, what ifs and potential AUs of the AU!  Explaining it here doesn’t do it much justice.  I will gush about it to anyone tho!

What is something that was never addressed at all in the canon material that you have independently developed for your muse?

A lot.  Like.  A ton.  LOL!  I think one of the most detailed other than Blaine’s family history would be the whole Eli C thing.  Who he is.  Why Blaine turned to him as the person to cheat with.  And all the reasons why you’d have to knock me out to take it away. As always, give me a poke for more thoughts on this guy.  Cause I have plenty!  😛

Have you made any outright changes to the canon material in order to write your muse the way you wanted (entire scenes you chose to omit, chapters you say never existed, things you assume were never said, etc.)?

Nope!  I don’t negate the mistakes Blaine made in order to play him.  I don’t downplay his relationships with people.  I don’t make him a victim to his blunders.  There are reasons behind the dumb things he’s done sometimes but they are far from excuses.  At least in my canon verses.  There are things in some AUs that I’ve completely changed and I’m willing to do that always.  However, I won’t change who Blaine is at his roots.  He’s an adaptable character though and I love that about him.  I can put him about anywhere and not turn him completely OOC.  Wish Glee could have but alas!  That’s what writing is for!

What is an aspect of your muse’s canon material or canon existence that you never had the opportunity to explore but really want to?

BIGGEST!?!?!  Pre-Dalton Blaine!!!  I have so much I want to write about that.  Also, his relationship with the Warblers after leaving and how it changed as they drastically changed.  I’d love to write more on him as a father and how his career ended up post S6!

20. favorite cryptid(s)?
–I don’t think my ‘favorite’ cryptid has a solid name.  It’s just this creature (the third listed at the bottom) that a lot of people have seen or heard in Pennsylvania.  It has a few versions of it but one thing that stays the same is the eyes?  They’re round and shine amber.  The sounds it makes in the woods is utterly terrifying.  Somewhere between a wolf howl and a large cat scream?  All I can remember is that my great grandfather had me come outside one night when he heard it running from one side of the woods to the other behind our house. It was so big (not like the deer size in the article or it was muscular as all get out) that you could hear it slamming against the ground about two hundred yards away.  But it stopped, looked at the headlights from the neighbors cars shining back there and those eyes..oh man.  Then it was gone.  It showed up now and then, always at night.  Him showing me that was enough to make me never wanna go in those woods again.  I know it’s real.  I don’t know what it is. Could be a grizzly bear?  Could be something who knows?  But all the stories lead more towards a who knows..

14. ghosts or monsters?
–I’ve been investigating the paranormal since I was 16 years old.  Something I began to do because of personal experiences.  I’d, definitely, say ghosts.  Btw?  Any of you ever wanna chat paranormal?  I’m your girl!  Hit me up!  Believer or skeptic, come at me!

21.  do you believe in extraterrestrial life?
–We’re one galaxy inside a universe that could be another galaxy of another universe and so on.  Space is infinite.  To think that we are the only ones who exist?  It doesn’t make sense to me (though to each his own).  I think that it’s likely another Earth-like planet exists considering the vastness of space.  Or that life adapted to exist on other planets with different conditions.  I love stargazing and letting my mind wonder about that stuff.  Reminds me I haven’t done it in a while.  Maybe when it’s warmer!

1. what color do you associate with your muse?
–Oh gosh.  Lots.  But I think the color I associate most with him would be navy blue?  From the Warbler’s uniform, to his wardrobe and general aesthetic in my head.  Navy blue is just my favorite Blaine color.

9. best scene featuring your muse? (chapter, film, episode)
–I have two?  I think this scene in 3×08 where Blaine is in the locker room and Finn approaches him is a hair above.  The pieces chipping away that lead up to it (Karofsky confrontation, New Directions, Sam fight, etc.) there was a whole lot more than meets the eye  being revealed about Blaine.  He was becoming three dimensional and for me, that topped it off.  The other one?  When Blaine steps forward and offers Kurt his hand at the prom.  There’s so much meaning in that gesture and it’s just so..ugh my feelings!  If ya want my headcanons about either?  Give me a poke.

1. do you follow canon, or dump it in the trash?
–Depends on the plot and the partner?  In general, I will always work canon into my stories as much as I can.  In future verses that are AUs, I try to keep most of Blaine’s past in high school the same and will twist it from there.  Occasionally, I’ll disregard canon for a crossover or heavy AU plot.  But as a default?  I follow canon fairly close.  My main verse is set in Season Two, so that’s a given.  I find it’s pretty easy to weave parts of Blaine’s canon into almost any setting.  It just takes some creativity to make it happen now and then.  So!  BOTH, I guess!  Because I’m willing to do either or.  So long as it doesn’t risk who he is at his roots.

(cut for length!)

6. how are you and your muse alike?
–I think Blaine and I are alike in good and bad ways.  I don’t give up on people to my own detriment at times.  But it’s because I care about them so much that it makes it hard for me to do.  We internalize negative emotions because we don’t want to hurt or put anyone out for our own troubles.  Though sometimes it boils over and it results in us saying something or doing something that’s a lash out.  Doesn’t happen often and I’m working on that.  We’re both a work in progress but I think everyone is.  We try to find the good in things and try to lift people up our of the darkness they fall into because we hate to see people we love suffer or doubt themselves.  We’re dorky, geeky and into things that make our friends stare at us like we have two heads.  Though I’m not into puppets or crafts.  Just nerdy stuff.  We both love music and would be lose without it.  We can be kind of lonely occasionally even though we don’t need to be because we have friends, it just happens?  Hard to explain. Those are the biggest ways, I think.  There’s probably more

7. how are you and your muse different?
–I got this in another ask, so I’m going to save it for there!
